OK, so we have had the complete opposite experience. We wrote off Sanfords 2x’s for extremely poor service – we are good tippers, so not smart. However, we liked the food, so tried a 3rd – this time, we had Layla and I can’t remember his name, but he is young and has “longer dark hair” and works in the bar – both always take exceptional care of us and get our food to us asap, fresh and tasty. They are “known” for their burgers. I have only had the patty melt, but best I have had in FOCO. I would definitely recommend giving them a second try

Good food. Interesting decore. Love the peanuts. Not as busy as some others (Summer 2012) , so easy to get a table even at 6pm.

The food all sounds so good on the menu, but when it comes out it is disappointing. I have given this place many chances and it always seems to let me down. I agree about the fried pickles though, they are quite good!

We have eaten here twice and both times it has been extremely disappointing. The service is fine but the food is just not good at all. You could just go there and eat the fried pickles…they are good!
