   I love going here after a nice long bike ride. I love it b/c half of their buffet is vegetarian and delicious. A very friendly family owned atmosphere. Last time I was there I pulled around one of owners grand-daughters in a cardboard box. Very nice people and excellent food. Give it a try!

   We’re from Cheyenne and drive routinely down to this cafe for either lunch or dinner. The buffet is filled with incredible tasting food- from the dahl soup, spinach, eggplant, chicken curry or tandori, it simply won’t matter what you get- This restaurant NEVER disappoints. The owner, wait staff, etc. are delightful to see and to know. We’ve been customers for the last 5 years.

   Mt Everest has the best vegetarian selection in town. It’s always me and Romeo’s “date night” choice. The buffet is so extraordinary, we always leave groaning. Once it gave me diarrhea but I think it’s only because I tried to eat too many spicy things. No one else got it that night so it definitely wasn’t a sanitation issue. I feel sad that the restaurant is almost always empty. Go there, try it out. It’s entirely worth it.
