My husband and I love Los Tarascos! The food is excellent, the salsa bar is the best and the staff is very friendly.

This place has an awesome concept of an unlimited salsa bar. I am definitely a fan of their margaritas too! Everything I've ever had is amazing. I highly recommend the fajitas. The sauce they are cooked in is absolutely delicious!

By far my favorite restaurant in Fort Collins, from service, to prices, to servings, to taste, to drinks, Los Tarascos has it!!!! Thank you to their owners for bringing such a great restaurant here!!!

Los Tarascos (which started out as a tiny place next door) has blossomed into a hive of activity and popularity. Their service is outstanding...waiters all speak English and Spanish, and are very attentive. Great salsa bar, with choice of warm corn tortillas or chips. The food is pretty good though not outstanding. Tonight we had carne asada and camarones chipotles...both very good and quite healthy. The margaritas are super-strong and they impose a limit of 2. One is plenty for us!

This place is so authentic and delicious, and the service is awesome. The margaritas are awesome too!
