Canino's Italian Restaurant

The 1 star is given for attempting to accommodate the people in the waiting area after a very long wait...after being told we should be seated within a half hour, we, and several other parties, were treated to an hour-plus of waiting. No service even at the bar, and the staff that we briefly saw were overworked. Canino's, to my past recollection has had reasonable food, though nothing outstanding. We bailed this time though, without sampling the current fare. Too bad. They appeared very disorganized. Los Tarascos across the street, had very strong and prompt margaritas, which salvaged the evening.

Absolutely terrible service and mediocre food. When I tried to complain to a manager, they just gave me the owner's email address and said to try to talk to him - no reply.
