| I celebrated a romantic anniversary at Jay's and loved it. Though it was on the pricey side, it was well worth it. The scallop dish was small, but the duck dish plentiful and delicious. The atmosphere is very elegant. I also enjoyed the live music, and would enjoy simply sitting at the bar with a drink. I recommend it for a special occasion! | ||
