Tasty Harmony

My lunch was tasteless. Don't think I would go back.

Many options for vegans, vegetarians, and even carnivores will enjoy! The menu explains ingredients that may be unusual, but everything is delicious. Also, a great selection of teas.

Fort Collins was waiting a long time for this restaurant. Their location on Mason has been somewhat toxic for restaurants over the past few years, but Tasty Harmony seems to have broken the trend. We have eaten there several times since it opened and they always impress us by taking simple but sometimes little-used ingredients and make them interesting and rich. Their signature soup (the mountain miso), though not served every day, is just a delight. They have a great polenta dish on which the marinara sauce is intense and savory. They make interesting use of jackfruit in tacos and other menu items. Save room for their avocado-based key lime pie. They have a large varieties of teas as well. It is truly a relief to see a restaurant focusing on fresh local ingredients and even meatlovers (which we are) will love this vegan restaurant. Well done, we give it 4 stars (5 being the benchmark Millenium vegan in San Francisco).
