Vincent's

The panini at Vincent's are fabulous, especially the caprese panino. It was delectable and tasty, with a perfect texture (crispy on the outside, squishy in the inside). Friends have told me the pizza is excellent too. Once evening we did have a pasta/marinara dish that was significantly heavy on the garlic (I don't enjoy garlic for breakfast the next day...), and the Involtini were very good and authentic in every aspect, but too salty even for Italian tastes! This is a gem of a place and we recommend you try it.

My co-workers and eat at Vincent's often. We haven't found anything on the menu we wouldn't order again. The Prosciutto wrapped chicken is my all-time favorite though! The staff is always very friendly, and accommodating to any size group we bring in.

I've only ordered pizza for take-out, but only because I haven't been able to talk my husband into eating there. The pizza is AMAZING - the best I've had in Fort Collins outside of my own kitchen. The one drawback to that is that it keeps me from trying any of the other delectable sounding Italian fare on the menu. The atmosphere/design of the restaurant itself is warm and inviting...and quiet! A conversation could actually be had without shouting over too-loud Muzak and crashing bus-carts. It's tucked into the Ishtar of shopping centers in the Fort, unfortunately, so I fear it may quietly disappear the way virtually every other business in the center has since it was built. I'll definitely mourn it's loss should that happen.
