The Moot house is a little pricey but very elegant dining atmosphere, and very knowledgeable staff (wines, etc).

The New York strip is fantastic as is the steak Neptune that has crab meat on top with a Bearnaise sauce. One of the best steak houses in Fort Collins, and a great "date night" place.
