 Some good news about the restaurant industry in Fort Collins (finally!), it looks like we have a handful of new restaurants opening on the south side of town. Most of these openings are in the new Front Range Village at Harmony and Ziegler Rd, and the Rustic Oven is just west down Harmony at Snow Mesa Drive.
- Rustic Oven - Harmony Road and Snow Mesa Drive - Opening September 26th, 2008
- Jimmy C's Fish & Chips - Front Range Village - Not sure on the opening date
- Famous Dave's - Front Range Village - Not sure on the opening date
- Five Guys Burgers and Fries - Front Range Village - Not sure on the opening date
- Silver Mine Subs - Front Range Village - Not sure on the opening date
- Subway - Front Range Village - Not sure on the opening date
- Café Athens - Front Range Village - Not sure on the opening date
- Fusion 8 - Front Range Village - Not sure on the opening date
- LePeep - Front Range Village - Not sure on the opening date
It is good to see more eateries opening up in the new Front Range Village, we'll add them to our guide as soon as they open for business. Thanks as always for your support!

Restaurant Closings |

 Holy cow there are a lot of restaurants closing it seems. Four restaurants just in the past 2 weeks or so. I've removed Bennigans, The Savoy, Wok and Roll (on Riverside), and Bear Rock Cafe. This is sad, I hope this isn't the start of a pattern in Fort Collins.
